I matched with this guy on tinder and we started to casually talk. I’m mostly on apps for fun and seeing what’s out there, but this one has actually been really great. I’m usually not a big texter and we’ve been texting ALL DAY for like three days straight about common interests, opinions, and even some really deep life stuff that I can’t even believe we’re sharing this early on.
Thing is I’m really hesitant to meet him in person because, here’s the thing, he looks REALLY A LOT LIKE MY RECENT EX in a way that is noticeable and kind of freaks me out. Not just the “oh people are attracted to similar traits” way, he really does look like him and even dresses like him/makes similar expressions in his pictures. Not just a little, a lot. And yeah I noticed it before we matched, I didn’t imagine we would actually connect and get along so well I just thought “aw he looks like xxxx, cute I’ll swipe right” absentmindedly, And now here I am and it’s creepy. What do I do?
