I'm a 44 yrs old man and recovering from year of abuse traum from a racist father who hate everyone even is own people "polish/irish american"
I have mentally,emotional,physical problem that i can't get over and is still embedded in me to this day i did receive treatment but is did some of the damage but he have done horrible fucken thing behind my back and shit on his family including my young sis who is marry to an hispanic and got 3 kids and he go after them as well
I started to dated again in 2015 and she was black/caribbean in her mid 30 but after 8 month he found out and i ended it to protect her and since then i never dated
and that why i want to try again in the dating scene but with him belittle me every single fucken day i don't know what to do
