Needing to get over my “best friend”

Back story: I’ve(mtf 21) been friends with a coworker(f 20) of mine for a little over 2 years, I’d say she’s been my best friend for a year and a half. I love her, a mutual friend introduced her to me knowing I thought she was attractive,, trying to hook us up. Never happened obviously, I asked her out 3 times. First 2 times I got “not right now” type answers... the third time I asked her last Valentine’s Day, I just got a flat out no and a month later she told me how it was inappropriate to ask her and we didn’t talk for a week(only time we argued up to that point). Since then I’ve brought up things I had issues with twice, her low effort in the friendship, and her ignoring me when she leaves work and now saying goodbye to me. Both times she turned it around to me, I’m the asshole, I’m asking too much. Saying goodbye to your best friend is basic human decency in my book. She’s always canceling plans, I feel bad for getting mad about that but she cancels a good 80% of the time.

Cut to a few weeks ago(the time we argued about her not saying goodbye to me) I told her I didn’t appreciate her reaction and she turned it onto me. Now I’ve realized how she’s not good for me, yet I still want her romantically. I have another woman I’m talking to, I need to get over her, how?

PS. I don’t think I left out anything important, any questions just comment, any input is appreciated, even if you’re just telling me I’m an idiot. trust me I know I am.
