I am more of a people person. Meaning that I really go well when talking to people and people really like me in fact I make new friends easily . As far as dating I tend to do very well in “person “ , meaning that I know how to hold a conversation and make the other person feel comfortable , also I am a funny guy too. Now the one thing that I don’t get or I am not good at it’s online dating and texting in general . I feel like I try to put myself too much when I text and that tends me to write more than I should , I don’t know how to keep it simple. Now as I said before I am used to be more direct meaning that I like to talk back and for . Online dating is different cause it literally takes hours or days or weeks to get back to someone and you always switch arguments ( that’s what I learned , meaning that after few sentences people tend to change subject they go from music to food to politics to travelling in just couple texts ).
I have realized that people take their time when replying . Some take days or even weeks .Personally for me if you don’t text back within a couple days that conversation is over there is no point to keep talking about it . In fact i prefer that the person starts a new convo . Now what’s the point of all this ? You are trying to not attach yourself too much with that individual ? you want to see if that person is going to text you again to see if he/she really wants you ?
Also if the other person is playing this game how do you react ? You give him sometime ? Days for example ? Do you wait and wait ? Or do you send one last message ?
