Im a male and im (according to people ive asked a 9/10) but i still dont get girls because my social skills suck. How do i get better

. It sucks because i try and talk to girls and at first they are interested but then realize i dont know how to make conversation and end up ghosting me. Everytime a girl (or any person at all) talks to me i just dont know how to talk to them. How can i get better at talking and building a relationship
