Is it acceptable to say I love you to someone after knowing them one week?

So here is the thread in one of my posts that is kicking my ass. Read through the entire thing if you have time. Is it now normal to say I love you so soon? Seven days? I don’t think so which is why I kindly passed on that girl and moved on. I’m starting to believe it’s normal in a way though???? Here is the tread. Remember, if you comment, don’t bully this person.
