I (25m) fall for women and get hurt so fast that idk what to do anymore

It’s a cycle so I meet a woman I talk to her for a bit I fall madly in love with her it usually takes me a month or so to get the courage to ask her out she rejects me I get hurt so bad that it takes me a year plus to get over her and the cycle repeats idk what to do it feels like it’ll always be like this
