I matched with this girl on Hinge (she actually liked me first). We hit it off right away with great conversations, then went out on our first date. I had a really great time, she was stunning, funny, and smart. I wasn’t completely sure how she felt about me, but for the second date I invited her over to my place for dinner and a movie. I told her I’d cook and we could open a bottle of wine, and she agreed, which I took as a good sign.
We ended up watching a romantic movie, she enjoyed the food, and she had more wine than she originally planned to (again, felt like a positive sign). After the movie, I made a move and we started making out. Things got a bit physical, but when I asked if we should take it further, she said we should slow down. I respected that and we stopped there.
In my head, I figured if she didn’t want to make out at all, she would have said no upfront, just like she did when I tried to push things further. So I thought she was into it too.
The next day though, she completely ghosted me (Not blocked lol). What confuses me is that she told me she was looking for something serious and she didn’t come across as the casual type, which is what I want as well. To me, she honestly felt perfect
