We’ve been working together for about 1-2 months now. We usually talk about our plans for the week, I guess just small talk getting to know the basics about each other little by little. Whenever we make eye contact we both smile and sometimes laugh. Sometimes I tease her about why she always laughs or smiles at me when we make eye contact and she smiles and stays quiet. I look her in the eyes and she always looks away, she’s definitely a shy person which I love about her the most. I finally got her phone number and I’m confused on what to do next. I guess I don’t want to scare her away or something. Call her and ask her if she wants to hangout? Continue getting to know her more through text? Honestly, I might just be straightforward and honest and tell her I wanted to get to know her even more outside of work and hangout with her sometime.
