I’m 29/M. And I see these problems on all the major sites. Cat fishing, bots, and straight up lying, other things too.
Before I continue I understand that men in general don’t make it any better, but I’m just talking from my personal perspective.
After a year I’m finding it’s damn near impossible to find anything meaningful. Problem is I’m a rather shy person, so just going up to someone and initiating conversation is difficult for me.
But every time I find a date there’s always something that comes up. She’s 45 when her profile says 30. I don’t want a relationship or anything serious when her profile says she does. Asking to borrow money after the first date. I’m looking for someone to fill a sexual role play.
I mean come the fuck on.
Sorry for the rant but I’m frustrated right now.
