I (26F) had a date with a guy (28M) and we hung out for about 6 hours (it was a pool date and we were with friends as well). We broke away from the group for the majority of the time and just got to know each other (we even kissed quite a bit). We said multiple times that we really like each other and are attracted to each other and that the next date should be just us (without our friends).
The next day I texted him saying I had a good time and I hope we can do it again sometime soon. He replied agreeing (and added some smiley faces) but didn’t make a plan to see me again or even text back in a way that could continue the conversation so we exchanged just a few texts and that was it.
Now another day has gone by and I haven’t heard from him at all. I get people are busy but it’s also not hard to say “hey, got a busy day today but I’m thinking of you and can’t wait to see you soon!” So “busy” is really not a valid excuse for radio silence.
Any ideas on what happened? Pretty sure I should just move on if I haven’t really heard from him in two days :/
