If a girl is outgoing and has banter, would she prefer a guy similar or can he be the opposite?

As the question mentions, if a girl is naturally outgoing and had good banter by nature;

1) would she get on with a guy who is more of an introvert and doesn’t have banter?

2) would she only really get on with someone who is the same or similar to her?

3) can she still get on with the guy who is the opposite to her?
