The reason people men, in particular, don't do well on tinder is that the apps are designed to keep you on them

I 22M kinda figured this out, I was swiping and something dawned on me when I swipe I maybe get 7-14 matches per week, which I guess is more than most guys but it doesn't help when most are bots or don't reply when you message them. Most of the girls are there for validation and have no intention of meeting up, I've only had 1 real tinder date and it didn't go that well, but I notice when I pay for boosts and super likes I get way more matches, that leads to the cycle of the girls being bots or ignoring me.

In terms of looks, I'm not too bad looking, I'm 5'10, with brown hair, and hazel eyes, I'm in good shape as well I know I'm being kinda superficial but let's be honest that's all that matters on tinder really. All the apps, this goes for hinge and bumble too, are designed for you to keep paying with false hopes of meeting that special someone they are scams and no one should use them. I'm having way better results in real life and girls are way more receptive to my advances, I met a girl at a bookstore recently and we've been dating for 2 weeks snd it's going pretty well.
