Ok so I'll just dive right into it, no precursor (although I guess that technically is one but that's a bit too meta)
Basically I (19M) have been talking to this girl (18) for a couple of months I think. There's a pretty good vibe and everything (well at least that's how I see it). But we haven't gone on any "dates" yet.....but I asked her out recently and just wanted to find out: 1) how do I put myself out there to show I'm interested in more than being just friends, do I just swallow the frog and say it or is there some subtle mechanism that I'm unaware of 2) when is the right time to do that? At said date? Should we keep talking for longer? I'd like to think I'm perilously close to friend zone territory so there's that to consider as well?
Thanks in advance if anyone actually replies to this
