I communicated my needs, I planed dates, I gave him space, I blamed myself for being clingy and needy, I spent hours thinking what went wrong. It hurts so much when you try to understand what is wrong and communicate but they keep telling you that everything is fine and that you’re overreacting and then proceed with the distant behaviour. This went on for months and I was stuck thinking I’m being unreasonable. I decided to break up but I can’t escape this thought he planted- that everything is fine and I’m just asking for too much and overthinking. Did anyone went through something similar? I honestly don’t know how I’m going to get out of this.
