This has happened a few times. I start dating a guy, and he pushes me to enter into a relationship with me and everything is great! We connect, they tell me how excited they are for a future with me, they even tell me how I’m their “dream girl” or they start planning for a future with me. Then out of nowhere, everything stops. They withdraw and usually within 3 days of withdrawing, they suddenly “don’t know what they want” or they try to pick a fight to end things even though we’d never fought before.
The most recent guy I’ve been dating chased me for months, then told me how we were meant for each other the second time we saw each other. We have incredible chemistry, but I’m always making an effort to see him. I even got him gifts randomly and went out of my way to make him feel special so he’d understand how much I care about him. Then he completely withdrew. What am I doing that’s running these guys off when everything falls right into place?
