tldr: basically i just wanna know how id approach talking to a guy again after some time of not talking?
OK so i (20F) want to prime this by saying yes i know how shitty this sounds and i am well aware that i should expect the possibility of getting ghosted back by this guy (21M) i met forever ago
what should i do to start talking to him again?
we met through hinge (gross i know. better than tinder tho) and hit it off quick. i gave him my number because i don’t get on hinge that much. we had similar interests and had the same favorite show. he was so sweet the whole time we texted but i just was not there yet bc we never saw each other irl
i live in houston and he lives where i go to college (la) and when we met i was back home for holidays so we talked a bit and had plans to meet up
so here’s the timeline january 2020 = started talking february 2020 = he tried seeing me but i was busy when he was free (3x) feb 2020 bonus = i hit him up and was joking around so i texted like a fuckboy and to hang out w me but i didnt know he WAS LITERALLY MOURNING AT KOBEs MEMORIAL 🤡 march 2019 = i tried seeing him but he was busy when i was free (2x). he tried seeing me again but i was busy when he was free again (1x)
then corona happened so literally nothing was there and seemingly everything in general was in the shitter
january 2021 = i realized he blocked me on snap 💀 april 2021 = i swiped up on his ig story and he replied but i deleted my account temporarily so i didnt see (im dumb huh) so he was on delivered for 3 months june 2021 = i swiped up again (bro my NERVE OMG?) and talked for a bit. he asked where i was living atm but i was left on delivered yall 💀 aug 2021 = im heading back to la for school so that helps
he’s the first to watch my stories and likes every pic i post so im kinda taking this as mixed
anyway so i know i deserve the boot but i’m open to any suggestions of optimizing my chances of bouncing back from ghosting each other
