25m here, been on 5 dates with a 22f and I have a casual and fun date idea and I'm curious what you guys think about it

So my idea is, we collect a couple of those buy a gift for a child gift request that they have at stores and malls and we go to a store together and pick out some toys and gifts for some kids in need.

Does this seem like a good idea at all?
