Dead end conversation and finding chemistry

So I've been seeing this girl for a little while (little over 1 month) and it seems like I've hit a wall with her. We've been on a few dates which went okay but since she got covid, we haven't been able to go out (obviously) so it's mostly over text. I feel like we share a lot of the same values, want the same things in life but lately conversations have been challenging. It just seems like it fizzled out and we are asking each other the same old routine questions.

At this point I'm really wondering if we really got any chemistry or trying to 'force' it. She's really nice girl and she seems too good to just toss away but at the same time... Texting has started to feel like work. I feel like I make an effort ask open ended questions, make jokes etc. but it just ends up dry sooner or later. Maybe we were just not meant for each other, which would suck since it seemed like a promising beginning.

It's not like she doesn't make an effort, she responds pretty fast and types answers about as long as mine, so I get more than one word answers. Sometimes I wonder if she feels the same and tries to push through or if it's just one sided thing. Sry to make a wall of text but I could use any input.
