My fiancé recently just got a job offshore and he’s really negative and full of self doubt about the whole thing. It’s a bit out of his comfort zone bc he’s only ever worked in retail but he went for the job bc we need the money. I know he can do it he he put himself to it. It’s hard to stay positive and encourage him all the time when he’s always constantly putting himself down. How can I make more of an impact and uplift him? I just want him to feel better and not be miserable.
