i (19M) have always had bad trust issues, especially in relationships, i’ve always had a big fear of being cheated on and it shows because if i get the feeling that i’m not the only one she talks to, then i get really insecure. I have GAD , and it gets really bad when i’m talking to someone. i am currently in a romantic relationship with my best friend (18F), we have known each other for 4 years, since high school, and we became a thing around 2 months ago, i absolutely like her a lot, and i’m sure she likes me too, but she’s a very pretty girl, and all the guys that try to talk to her are way better looking than me, so i get really insecure and get sad. i really like her and i don’t want to keep feeling like i can’t trust her because of my insecurity :(
TLDR- my bestfriend (18F) of four years and i (19M) have gotten into some sort of romantic relationship with eachother (not considered dating though) but i have trust issues and i don’t want her to leave me because i can’t trust her when really it’s my anxiety.
