Been using Bumble/Tinder during quarantine, however, not interested in hooking up. Tons of swipes, a stupid number of swipes, and not much in return.
Almost every girl I have to be some sort of jester or clown to get them to respond with more than 4 words. Actually had 2 girls I've struck up decent conversation with over the last few days.
I'll keep chatting with these two girls in particular... But if I had to guess, they have dozens and dozens and dozens of matches and a laundry list of messages. Which is what surprised me, because one girl I've had 50 messages back and forth with her (25 each). And the other gives huge paragraph texts to explain things.
But I have no idea how I'm supposed to use Bumble/Tinder, especially in a quarantine...
how does this usually work?
I've gotten past the "shooting shit" or "joke opener" and talking about what they do and learning about them in detail. But then what? How do I prevent it from being "oh that sucks, she never responded" like what always happens when I message with online dating?
