At what date is it socially acceptable to start talking about assuming a relationship?

So I [F25] met this guy on Tinder [M28] and we really "clicked" since we started talking.

We've been on one date and it was just everything i could ever wish for. We're really looking forward to go on another date, but due to covid restrictions it's getting a bit tough. But we've been chatting every day back and forward and we seem to really be on the same page. We both want a serious relationship and are ready for it, and we're already making a lot of short term plans (for vacations and more future date plans).....

The thing is.... I really like him and want to be serious with him and have a relationship and sexy time with him, but i don't want to rush things and scare him away nor screw everything up.

So when is it okay to make the move and talk about assuming a relationship? How many dates should we attend prior to that?
