So, I’m a 23 year old guy who’s never been in a genuine relationship and never had sex. I have kissed a girl (my last, and only true relationship), but that “relationship” was pretty toxic and one sided, so I only count it as a learning experience.
I’m kind of a dorky guy and I’m a furry, but you probably wouldn’t expect it just by looking at me. I’m pretty average looking and unassuming imo. I love music (my main passion, hoping to make a career out of it), video games, exercising, hiking, writing and camping.
I don’t have any irl friends really, and I’m kinda socially awkward. I believe I’m an ambivert, but it can be a pain and really scary to meet new people for me.
I keep thinking that “love will find me”, but that’s not working out at all, and I’m really not putting myself out there due to fear and procrastination. Only place I’ve put myself out there on is furry dating site (Furfling) and I haven’t gotten anything out of it. Plus, my confidence got shot down hard after a girl who’s my friend at work didn’t want to hang out yet again, so I’m just done talking to her altogether because I’m not playing that game anymore.
I honestly feel like such a loser knowing that a lot of people I’m close to are in a relationship and have had sex multiple times, and I’d like to be with someone who shares similar interests.
I really don’t know what to do at this point, but I don’t want to be lonely like this anymore.
