I’ve had 2 long term relationships-both left me. 1st(7 yrs) was toxic. 2nd(3yrs)left me 4 weeks ago. Said he was still in love with me but had doubts was 100% finished.I’m 29, friends all married. I’ll never be with someone who will stay. feel worthless, alone and have suicidal thoughts. Please help

I have 2 best friends and they’ve very little time for me. I wish I could believe things will get better but I feel so unlovable and like I’ll never have my own happy ending. I was careful picking my 2nd boyfriend. He was loving, valued me, friends family loved him I thought he would never leave. I have a new job and I feel like I just want to quit and run away
