How to ask out a very extroverted freshman girl (15) as a very introverted sophomore guy (16).

I (M 16) am a very introverted person except in drama and met this girl (F 15) who joined us for the fall play. I am very into theater and she is a cheerleader. She is one of those very extroverted people but is really weird (which I lime about her). I was wondering if you had any advice on how to ask her out, I have her snapchat and tik tok. If you need any more info just ask.
