Hey all. Going here because my GF and I had a talk that took a lot out of me emotionally. She mentioned that she needed more breathing room, and that I was kinda suffocating her. I'm a very reactive person who likes to overthink things and just need some advice on how to fix that part of me.
I really care about her and want to keep dating her, and I think she does too. But I told her I would work on myself and not be so clingy, because I can see this relationship going on. We complement each other really well and I think she brings out the best in me.
Any advice would be great. That would help me to refrain from texting her and suffocating her any further.
