I'm worried I might come on too strong. Yes this is a legit problem I'm having with a crush. Any advice is needed

I am[21M] worried about coming on too strong.

Thing's are going really well, and we enjoy each other's company. We aren't dating yet because I'm taking it real slow.

The thing is the potential of liking her too much. Supposedly liking someone too much might seem like it's based on infatuation, and i might not actually like her. It's that I might like how I want her to be.

Then other cases liking a girl[21F] too much too strong before dating can run her off. I'm super scared about this.

I'm holding back my feelings because if their too strong, they can run her away. But the inside of Me, I really like her & trust her.

Tl;Dr- I'm scared I might like this girl too much, and run her away. Any help is good help, and ask for more information if necessary.
