So there is this girl (24F) that I've (25M) known for a few years, and this past week we went on a date. We live in different states, but I'm back in her state visiting my family for two weeks. Earlier in the week we hung out Saturday night and then again a little bit on Sunday, and although they weren't really established as dates, there was definitely a "date-ish" kind of atmosphere. After hanging out on Sunday, I asked her if she wanted to go on an actual date. She said yes and seemed really excited about it. We did an escape room together and got some food/drinks after, and I think it was definitely evident that we both had a ton of fun. Very flirty and touchy the whole night. After the date I asked her if she wanted to go on another date next week, and she said definitely.
Fast forward to this weekend. We've been talking here and there over text and snapchat. I've typically been the one to initiate the communication, and she's very responsive for a few texts, but then just stops replying. I texted her earlier today asking how her night was, and she responded talking about her night and asking how mine was as well. I texted her back, but haven't heard from her since. And that's kinda how it's been the last two days or so. I'm not really sure if I'm just looking into this too much or not. I definitely don't want us to have that kind of relationship where we have to constantly be texting and all clingy, but I really want to try to get this all figured out before I head back. I still have all this week to talk to her (and we're supposed to go on a second date in a few days), but her lack of communication has made me a little anxious. Any advice or insight would be awesome. Thanks!
