I can't talk to people everyday and have zero Friends. Should I stop OLD?

23f here. I'm mostly to myself at home and have very little interest in going out and hanging out because I don't have any friends. I've never been in an exclusive/ serious relationship before and it makes me sad thinking people younger than me have experienced it. I don't know because my introvert and avoidant persona just comes out and ruins everything in the end. I feel like giving up and staying alone for life because whenever I hope, it's in ashes.
