So I [27M] have been an avid tinder user whenever I’m not in a relationship. Been on more tinder dates than I could ever count.
Here is one thing I noticed.. that some disagree with. After the 1st or 2nd date (especially 2nd) they’ll talk to you. In my experience, 100% of the time, good texted after the 2nd date = will work out. Bad texter/leaving you wondering after second date = don’t get your hopes up. MOST people do have their phone on them 24/7.
In my current situation, I’ve hung out with this girl twice [22F], both times we talked for hours. Like second date was a restaraunt date at 1pm and we ended up hanging out until 10pm. I ended up kissing her at the end. Didn’t hear from her right after like I did the first date. 3 hours went by and still nothing. I was nervous bc I kissed her which is a big move. I ended up texting her first, she texted back 30 mins later with equal energy. So 30 mins later I texted her back, and mentioned the kiss.
Meanwhile I’m with a good friend and was posting stories on snap. I live in an affluent downtown area that has the best bar scene in the area. Friend and I got take out and I took a video of one of the bars while walking by it. I told her earlier that most guys go to bars to meet girls (didnt go in the bar). I posted a few more stories. She watched all of them but didn’t text me back.
At like 5am I texted her “nvm ✌🏻” and she answered back “I was sleeping...” That was a bold face lie though bc she looked at all of my stories. I was a little bit high (weed)
I know people are going to be like “that’s over the top” but I’m constantly burned in this situation. You’d think if you hit It off with someone you‘d be excited to talk to them. Anyway, I have NO idea what to say back.
