Not good at flirting (and don't like it at all)

Hello guys, just i need i little bit of help. It is possible to be with a decent girl without being good to flirt? Im honestly good at making friends and being kind, but is not my style to flirt or to follow people as burocrats. Feels weird to me and i don't like it. Also most of the time i don't find a conversation to do with the girls i find some medium interest in, because i have different interests than most of the people than surround me. Also to compete with other men for a woman looks pretty exhausting for me

So is so hard to get into a romantic relationship? Or i can be just a normal person and know someone? Thank you
