I've never been on a date or have ever asked out or approached women. On top of that, I've also turned down multiple women who have asked me out in the past. This is really just because I don't feel like I'm worth dating.
I can't see myself being on a date. The idea of sitting next to someone in a bar or a coffee shop just talking, makes me feel weird and almost disgusted. I know I'm a boring person. I have nothing to talk about. I feel that if a woman asks me out, she is making a mistake. Even if she finds me attractive, it would just be a matter of time until she finds out how terrible I really am. It's just better to reject her straight away than to waste her time.
I realize that this is a problem. I feel lonely and want to meet people, but can't bring myself to talk to anyone. I feel worthless. Has anyone else ever felt this way? How should I deal with this?
