There’s this girl I like who has almost made it clear she doesn’t want to date me without me directly asking her. Should I still ask her out?

There’s this girl I like and that I am friends with who has hinted that she does not want to go out with me, but I still haven’t actually asked her out. Even though she will mosey likely say no, should I just ask her out so I don’t have to worry about it anymore?
