I have been going to weekly lectures with a friend. My friend saw a teacher who taught at her school a while ago, so she introduced us to each other. He is very interesting to say the least. My friend always complained that he was an awful teacher, but was very different outside of the classroom.
Apparently this teacher (he never taught me, different school) and I share a lot in common. Just from the way we listen and think about music, what genres and bands we like. We have a very similar outlook on life as well (too much to put in a post). Our philosophical ideas coincide very much. Our hobbies are also the same. This guy is also from the same area that I grew up (which is far from where we're currently located). We have memories pertaining to the same places and environments. Our parents also grew up in the same area, going to the same schools as well. This is where it gets strange, his dad passed away 4 days before my mom, under similar circumstances. We both have issues from having our parents pass and understand each other. Nobody has been able to understand so precisely as to what I mean. I know it sounds generic, but we do finish each other's sentences and thoughts. We've gone to mass together now too. We do have a spiritual connection I believe. I can just look at his face and know what he means. I've never met someone with this much in common, nor have a had a spiritual connection to another person. It's spooky to me sometimes.
I'm just stuck as to where and how this will go. I definitely have strong feelings for this man. It's crazy how much we're alike, but 2 broken people don't make a whole person. This would be my 1st major relationship. I can firmly say that he is the one.
