For context I'm 30F and the girl I'm talking to is 29. We met on an online dating platform. We spent a couple weeks messaging and then moved on to Facetiming. At this point we have been talking for a month and a half. Two weeks ago we made plans to meet up, but she got sick. We postponed those plans to this week, but nothing was set in stone so we never followed through.
The problem I'm having is two-fold. First, we've waited so long to meet in person that I'm starting to get bored. Secondly, the past week and half all she's wanted to talk about are her health issues. I understand that being sick is a big deal and in the forefront of her mind. However, I'm getting annoyed that she gives me so many details about her illness. A lot of these details border on TMI. Some things are definitely TMI. Otherwise she seems like a lovely girl. We have a lot in common and she's almost exactly what I'm looking for. I'm just not feeling excited about meeting her anymore. To be honest, I actually feel a little disgusted by her. I also feel guilty for feeling disgusted. We have set plans for this week to meet, but I feel like canceling them. Would it be wrong of me to cancel? If not, how would I do it without hurting her feelings?
