I met this girl 2 years ago at our former workplace . She and I just got close recently this year. And recently I realized that I like her.
Problem is, I am just a former work friend and she is not as committed to seeing me than her other close friends. We only went out twice with a group of friends.
And are planning to go out again on a 3rd one and I was planning to tell her but she hasn’t responded at all for 3 weeks now.
She hasn’t even replied to any of our friends as well but she’s active with her group of friends.
How do I even ask her out if she hasn’t even replied after 3 weeks? I haven’t sent her any reels or a message since last week because she hasn’t even replied and hasleft me on seen so I didn’t want to over-text her.
What should I do?
