I (24M) was at a beach party in Bali recently and saw this really attractive girl ..she looked European... She was talking with her friends in English... I can understand English completely fine, but I’m not very confident speaking it, especially around foreigners.
I really wanted to go talk to her, maybe ask her out or just start a conversation, but I kept overthinking that I’d sound awkward or mess up my words. Then a local Bali guy (shorter than me, honestly not even that good-looking) just walked up to her confidently, started chatting, and she actually seemed into it.

Any advice on how to stop letting my language anxiety hold me back? How can I get more comfortable approaching girls, especially when English isn’t my strongest point?
