Saw him, talked to him and liked him, I mean really liked him, but I don't know how to subtly show I am interested. Help

Met him on a work-related forum. I had to remain professional through the entire duration of interaction. Now that work is done, how do I do something about the connection I felt without being too forward? Should I wait for him to do something?
