Okay so I am a F (29) and I recently matched with a guy M (31) on a dating app last week and we immediately hit it off. Our conversations flow easily and we have a lot of similar relationship, career, and general future goals that align. He’s my type look wise, wants to settle down, have a family and so far I haven’t found anything yet that would raise any concerns. The only huge issue is that we live about 4-5 hours apart from each other and haven’t actually met in person yet but he wants to leave work a little early and drive to meet me tomorrow. I can honestly say, especially in this dating world, that I’ve never had a man take this much initiative and show interest in me while also following through on his word. Although it’s quite nice and refreshing, I also am not entirely sure how to take it.. it’s not common a man is willing to drive 4-5 hours just to meet someone for the first time.. and yes before anyone comes at me we have FaceTimed a few times for 2-3 hours at a time so I can confirm he is who he claimed to be in his profile
