I honestly need some advice on a current situation lm going through.A week a go I was rejected by my best friend and I took it's pretty well but something odd began to happen after a day. I began to feel angry at myself for liking him and I haven't been able to talk to him since. I tried distancing myself and he did somewhat text me sayin" I love you and care about you" a few times which surprisingly nearly gave me a panic attack(idk how though) each time.
My feelings for him more or less dwindled and I been trying to hang out with others which helped but at the same time idk how I can go back to interacting with him. He an amazing guy and really chill and I'm the problem.
what should I do to act normal??
Also I do wanna apologize if this rambling doesn't make any sense
