i have seen this multiple times when ppl talk about their dates. Their career appears to have some value idk why.
i get it that ppl need to be responsible for their finances and be independent so being employed is important. But people seem to go further and talk about their partners current and future career paths and their passion, income and maybe even status they gonna have in the future and thats a bit worrying for me.
Even tho im 26. i havent found a work that i could be passionate about and pursue a career in. Work has always been mandatory time i have to spend daily. And i look forward for it to end so i can go enjoy spending time with my loved ones.
i have seen many ppl being attracted to ppl who are passionate about their career. But at the same time i have seen many ppl complaining about the time their partners spend working. So it doesnt add up. Plus. Someone who is passionate and prioritizes their work would easily chose their work over relationships and go to live in different cities and break up because they dont want to be in LDR. Please help me understand.
