Is it a bad sign if my boyfriend of 6 months didn't initiate any plans for Valentine's Day? 2 days before I finally texted him to ask if he wanted to do something. I ended up making a dinner reservation since he didn't follow up after that. He did pay for the dinner but didn't give me a gift or card. Is that just being oblivious, or is that a sign that he's a narcissist or selfish? I don't want to be crazy about it, and he has a really taxing job, but I feel like he should have planned something if he cared.
