Guy sent me a message insulting my nose. I never had any correspondence with this guy before so I don't really understand what got him triggered into typing something like that. Tbh his message got to me although I tried so hard to not think about it, it really messed with my self esteem and I haven't been able to stop thinking about it and feeling extremely upset and dehumanized. I deleted the app because of this and deeply regret ever installing it and making an account. How can I move on from this and not be scarred?
Please no plastic surgery advice, I have consulted a plastic surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty in the past and he said rhinoplasty would be impossible on my nose because I have a very thick skinned nose, and that if I got the surgery my nose would swell and look larger than it is now for 3 years after the surgery, and after it's healed, due to the thick skin, there would be no visible results except for possible nose sagging.
