This was our first Valentine’s Day together and mind you I don’t expect much, maybe a card. I got just small personalized items that I know he likes. So not only does he so up for the weekend plans a day late because he for got he had an DMV appointment booked Saturday. When he arrived he said he didn’t have anything for Valentine’s Day like no plans nothing. So I called a billion places trying to get something because “I just need to have faith.” But also that he “didn’t know what to get,” therefor didn’t get anything at all. But also he “didn’t have the time to,” even though working from home. Oh and because after all those reasons they change course and say they did in fact get something all along they just happened to “forgot it at home” as they were leaving and received their gift. Am I just expecting something I shouldn’t be or am I really just being treated like shit?
