I am a 19m who has never had a gf before. This has been a nagging issue for a while, but I was usually able to drown it out through my hobbies. Having autism has also made it worse. Many people don’t realize I even have autism, because I don’t “look like” I have autism compounding the issue, even though I am successful in my career that I am pursuing.
I thought I might find someone to at least talk to while I was remote during my first year of college. to maybe hang out with, as my college is close to my house.
However, it seems like girls my age are not looking for a relationship, rather hookups. That is not my style nor what I’m looking for.
Any tips on making it through this difficult time and trying to find a girl to talk to him romantically at my school?
