Dealing with ghosting

I went on a date with a girl which I believe went well. I text her a few days later asking how her week is going and propose a date idea. I haven't heard back from her in a week. I have 3 ideas for approaching this and am wondering what I can do? (More details about our interactions below)

  1. Being direct about how I'm feeling saying - "Hey, haven't heard from you in a while wanted to check in. I really enjoyed our interaction and would like to get to know you more! Let me know if you feel the same way"
  2. Follow up on my date proposal saying - "Hey, the weather this Saturday looks great for .... Would you like to go there?"
  3. Ignore and move on - this is normally what I would do assuming I've been ghosted. But I really really like this person and would like to see if I can get to know her more.

I match with her on an app where she immediately gives me her number. She texted sparsely but we set on going out for coffee. She has a pretty busy schedule and didn't seem like much of a texter. We did have a fun conversation over coffee though and I really liked her. It looked like she had a good time at the date too. At the end of the date she said that she'll send me some videos but didn't do so for about 3 days. I sent her a text asking how her week is going and proposed a date idea, which I have had no response to for a week. Its unclear to me if I haven't heard back because she is too preoccupied to reply or she isn't interested.
