If she says she's not ready for a relationship yet, what is my best approach.

 About 2 months ago I matched (21M) with this girl on tinder (19f) and we shortly after went on a first date at a park. To my surprise the date went well we had some laughs and just got to know each other, and we both turned out to have a lot in common. We learned that we both liked minecraft and created a world together where we would get together since there weren't many opportunities to meet in person especially over the past few weeks because of the weather and school. As time went on we seemed to like each other more and more and eventually we agreed to see eachother again. Last weekend she came and visited me at my place at school. We just cuddled, watched a movie and ate dinner and she left for the night. We both thought the date went well. A few days after we got together, I noticed that she wasn't really talking to me as much and just seemed kind of down about something. After asking her if something was bothering her she told me that about this time a year ago the boyfriend she was seeing past away, and that she's having trouble with school and has issues with her roommate. I tried giving her some words of encouragement. And she eventually told me I'm a really good guy and I didn't do anything wrong, but she just doesn't feel ready for a relationship. The news of this made me sad but at the same time I can understand her decision. It's currently been two days since she told me this. We've still been talking a little, but not much, mostlyjust about school. I feel like I'm willing to commit to a relationship but idk if should wait until she feels ready for a relationship or if I should just continue searching elsewhere. I mean I've been trying to get a girlfriend for the past year and she's really the only person I've had any success with, and idk if I'd find another person who would have as much in common with me as with her. I'd be willing to give her the space and time until she is ready for a relationship, but idk how this all works like if she does become ready for a relationship again would she even consider me. 

TLDR: If a girl tells me that she's not ready for a relationship yet is it worth it to wait until she is ready or do I just continue searching elsewhere.
