When people tell me, “girls like confidence”, I often used to mistake it for the demeanor of guys on “Beyond Scared Straight” where you act very obnoxious and insult others’ masculinity (calling them gay/f**) to prove how “man” you are. If you call one of these guys “gay”, they punch you. Super intimidating.
That’s why when people say “girls date bad boys”, I would think of a convict with face tattoos or a gang member. Apparently it’s not that. The term “bad boy” can come off as a misnomer.
