My 26M wife 25F is angry at me because she shook me repeatedly and I loudly told her to stop.

I and my wife have been married for three weeks now. I am a games person so was seated playing my game and was trying so hard to defend in the last minutes of the game. And she continuously shook my seat until I loudly yelled her name. She is now very mad I know I have to apologize but how do I deal with this. It just happened and she has turned off lights and gone to bed. Should I just crawl in and talk tomorrow
